The Sport II range of HANS (head and neck support)is a new design. The parts are lighter and the over-all size has been optimized compared to the previous Sport model.In addition,the new Sport II HANS are made with a proprietary non-oil based polymer that is derived from a vegetable source. The hydrocarbon-based oil polymers have been replaced by an eco-friendly plant-based polymer;this gives the carbon fiber composite additional strength and reduces the overall weight. This system is supplied with patented SlipStop rubber design and equipped with Vision Advantage Plus (Sliding) tethers with retaining wings.
